It has been stated that this is a healthy way to lose weight. There are those who agree and those who disagree. It is important for anyone who plans to use this diet to lose weight to make sure to follow the recommendations of this diet. The statement has been made that there is no way a person won’t lose weight because this diet is basically a starvation diet.

There have been many people who have stated that this diet helped them lose lots of weight. There are also those who say that they didn’t lose any weight or that all the weight they lost, they regain after completing the lemonade diet. Many believe that all that is truly lost is water weight and muscle.
